The “Something Went Wrong” Policy

We want you to love what you receive. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Here’s the deal:

• If something arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or wrong, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
• Email us at hello@rootedmercy.com with your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and a brief description of what happened.
• If approved, we’ll offer a free replacement or refund at no extra cost.
• In most cases, you will not need to send the damaged item back.

Size Exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases, ordering the wrong color, or buyer’s remorse.

However, if your shirt does not fit the way you expected, we offer size exchanges within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
