Refund & Return Policy

At Rooted Mercy, each item is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size or color, or for changing your mind after an order has been placed.

Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before purchasing.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are not supported in the following situations:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Ordering the wrong color
  • Changing your mind after purchase

Since all products are made to order, we are unable to restock returned items.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, contains a printing issue, or you received the wrong item, we’re happy to help.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@rootedmercy.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

If approved, we will gladly offer a free replacement or refund at no additional cost.

In most cases, you will not be required to return the damaged item.

Shipping Issues

Rooted Mercy is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, lost packages, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
