How should I care for my apparel?

To help your apparel last longer, we recommend:

  • Machine wash cold, inside out
  • Tumble dry low or hang dry
  • Avoid ironing directly on the design

Following care instructions will help preserve the print and fabric quality.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because many of our items are made to order, we can only accept cancellations or order changes within a limited time after purchase.

If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country.

My package says delivered, but I can’t find it.

We recommend checking:

  • Around your delivery area
  • With neighbors or household members
  • Your local post office or carrier

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We’re so sorry about that! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A photo of the issue
  • A brief description

We’ll gladly review the issue and help make it right.
